In the unfortunate event that a cleaner does not show up, please contact the cleaners through the premium clean mobile app. If you are still not able to get hold of the cleaners then please contact the premium clean. You can apply this during the booking process. There is a field to enter the discounted code under the property address. You can see the change in the booking summary on the right side of the site.
